This has proved to be an extremely popular course. As in all two day coursed if you have some material I could look at prior to the course we could use this in workshopping sessions on the second day.
This course will concentrate specifically on becoming an instant expert. Other courses on specific subjects such as humour and profiles will go into those subjects in more depth.
