A question that must be asked of every company is ‘Do your staff actually read your newsletter’?� Nine times out of ten the answer will be ‘no’.� Why?� Because it’s not been changed in years, is totally out of touch with the staffs’ needs and is simply boring.

This course will look at every step in planning a successful newsletter as well as giving each delegate an individual assessment of their company’s newsletter with a plan of action for a way forward.
